It is orange on the outside, a middle layer of white which is unseen and then a black layer on the inside. They are extremely tough as used by leading mail order companies. These postal bags are glossy on the outside. The film has been specially treated during the manufacturing process to ensure the glue-strip sticks permanently and also ensures that stamps/sticky labels and document wallets stick onto your parcels.
